Press release: Gas flow analysers and test lungs keep IMT Analytics AG on track in Q3

IMT Analytics AG

Switzerland-based IMT Analytics AG showed itself to be in top form again in the third quarter of 2019 due to encouraging sales figures for the CITREX H5, a mobile device for analysing gas flow and pressure, and solid sales of test lungs.

23% sales growth in the third quarter of 2019

IMT Analytics AG continues to do brisk business as it starts its second fiscal year. Compared with the same quarter last year, sales figures for Q3/2019 rose considerably from an already high level as a result of robust sales of devices for measuring gas flow and pressure, like the PF-300 and the CITREX series devices. In particular, the latest CITREX H5 testing device, with its popular multi-touch display and a host of pre-installed apps, is a hit with customers, who benefit from a testing process for respiratory devices that is easier, faster and more reliable. Measured against corporate sales for the previous year, sales rose by an impressive 18%. The excellent results are also attributable in large part to solid sales of test lungs, which are used around the world for making quick, daily operational checks of respiratory devices marketed by a wide variety of manufacturers.

New calibration centre in Singapore

A new calibration laboratory in Singapore is scheduled to open in the final quarter of the year. It will ensure processing times of our high-precision devices for measuring gas flow and pressure will be as short as usual in a rapidly growing market. We have also lowered logistics costs for customers in the Asia-Pacific region by increasing the total transport volume handled by our package delivery services.
